Well the upshot is David's freebie shares are worth less than ever. He never deserved those anyway as we all now know more than ever..definitely never earned them - performance related ??. No doubt convinced himself he was worth it with Fry telling him hes done a good a job. Talk about a (non existent) clear line of separation between board and management of a listed company with shareholders interests in mind.
It does irk me David hasn't bought stock on market as far as I've seen and even consider coming to the party and take a hit on his (grossly inflated) wage. Zero insider buying when you are handed stock and a +half million dollar wage. Makes sense in his shoes I guess
