I have seen reports in the past from QMN regarding their 'plants' and the suggestion that they that are on care and maintenance - specifcally that they 'have staff onsite'.
If there is no progress on bringing these plants back into operation, or no intention - why should they be on care and maintenance and/or have staff there.
Does anybody know what the specifics of this sort of engagement are - how many staff might be involved and the annual cost of maintaining the plants in this state?
