Anybody there who ever thought why NWA after a huge capital raising trippled and had a small 10% correction yesterday. The answer is copper smelting facilities on care and maintenance basis and exploration tenements in the DRC, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Copper had a 10% correction on the LME but after todays LME's copper inventory drawdown we saw that copper prices stabilized. In Australia stockprices will explode on announcements of 5% copper discoveries. I know that in Katanga, where NWA holds its tenement leases nobody gets excited when copper grades are less than 30%. Now one and one makes three. Their succesful capital raising provided the means to explore and in the meantime their copper producing facilities enables them to choose a partner with the right financial backing. Look at anvil mining (avm) they are in the same country and see what they have done.
