If they cannot run this company at a profit now, Then put it in CARE & MAINTENANCE
until the Silver price goes up.

If they can not find funds from else were to invest in AYN, to put it in CARE & MAINTENANCE Then Put that offer to Share Holders.

I as a Share Holder would be willing to support that.
