If this was true, it must be considered the precedence the proven polluting CSG companies have already set.If its good enopugh for them to make far bigger mistakes and get away with it surley this is something Carbon can base a good precedence decision on.
Like I said before it would have to be a very brave DERM to punish Carbon when they let CSG get away with it and still let operate.
