I agree .... Smith seems very much out of touch !!!
(Good luck if you hold SBM ... it seems a very manipulated stock at the moment ... I don't like the way the price had bounced up in a weak market just prior to the offer expiry date. Long term it may win out but right now it's still very weak.)
