The VCS business is currently the major concern.
As for the others (property ownership and fund management), its peers with similar business profile are affected by the economic downturn as well.
I presume the thing is that the market perceived that VPG bought the Scarborough assets at market peak price in 2007 and is suffering devaluing of assets.
Does anyone know how much % of the AUD2bln purchased assets have been repackaged into funds for investing by other investors as part of its fund management business?
