Yes. SP generally does bear direct correlation to cashflow and earnings.

In this case for VPG, SP is overly correlated to unfavorable earnings prospects- pricing the company at close to bankruptcy, which is not true and thus present value for investors like Orbis.

What do you mean by "the next 40-degree day"?
