    The recommendations are way outdated and tes a complete scam.Read the market update late January..Its clear there is more bad news and property devaluations on the way.How managemet handle this with their bankers is yet to be seen but for sure debt covenants will be broken and calls will be made on loans IMO.Look to see a sp at 2 cents in the short term IMO
