Bear in mind that they are one of the top 30 (property) fund managers globally and have good reputation in activelymanaging properties.

Once they tide over this period of difficulties and refocus on their fund management, and property rental businesses. They will have a good future in 2-3 years time. by then, people will pay a lot more to get a share.
