when I say that, I mean from my reading of the report, and other articles Australian REIT sector is massively more undervalued than their counterparties in other markets.
Hence they say an unprecedented investment opportunity in the A-REIT sector.
With regard to the "long-term" investor comment, if they were not, they would have fired Orbis by now given what happened with their stake in CER and others which are much lower now, and the huge reduction in AUM, and the apparent underperformance vs market.
They obviously sold their strategy to investors.
