Fact is whether an option is listed or unlisted makes no difference in a company that is starved of cash do everything possible to get their exercise u/w.
Many years ago NAL was in the same situation, its exec chairman had tens of millions that were in the money unlisted options that the company tried to hawk around the market to get them exercised to no avail.
As soon as the market realised that the options were not going to be exercised with the resulating funds coming in the SP collapsed and the company was forced to issue deeply discounted ordinaries and c-notes to raise the required funds.
Bit of de-ja-vu here I reckon!
