i suspect that Goodman is delaying the inevitable.. there is obvious expectation that China Inv is going to be a key player going forward .. its a matter of when and how much
True that China Inv is sure to get a good deal.. Goodman don't really have a say given their situation. But all of this is reflected in the SP .. 40c is still generous if Goodman had no future. So a future is what Goodman needs and a strong footing to build it on.. China Inv will provide that.. when they will announce.. who knows
