personally i think we have been robbed of updated issues, AIM listing supposedly late December or first two weeks January, jv 2-4 weeks as from late December, cut off date Jan 31st, i suppose if you say nothing about the sign on fee then you don't have to update hows its going, hows the regulatory approval going.
All they are trying to do is play games with their shareholders, whats the bet that there will be 2-3 announcements coming out over a 3-4 day period so they can stick it up the traders who sell on the first day, i bet MP's tray now has announcements sitting in it that could send this baby to 10 cents within a blink of an eye, why pay .09 when you can .08 next week.
If all of this is not the case then what have they been doing since late October - November when all of this should have been finalised.
