Seems market likes french connection for ords, but will be interesting to see if this stops redemption of CARES.
4.85% after step up not bad, but not outstanding for a non bank pref.
Comparing with AAZPB[which tends to be my benchmark], hard to see a 13 bucks premium being justified.
