Being an old miner, I have seen plenty of examples of sites being put into caretaker mode.
Typically everything is packed up and put in Sea Containers and they are locked up, never to be re opened until the mine re opens. A sparkie and a fitter are left behind and maybe an ops guy. No managers, no secretaries, no pr people, Zilch
So my question is: If EGO are as Brooke says: "in caretaker mode. As far as I've been informed, all operations have stopped" why do we still have the secretaries, the managers and pr people on the payroll???
