    I have forward my nomination to Rachel, awaiting a response. I do hope a few shareholders nominate for this years AGM. I know that our CEO is waiting for news of his employment contract wether it will be renewed. I believe that it would be prudent for the current Board to hold off any decision until the AGM has been completed.
