The fact that MIN does not yet have a seat on the board, is no mistake !
it is a planned move.
But why?
For MIN a board seat has advantages, but also disadvantages.
it is a classic situation to not have a board seat if MIN wanted to do something eg a takeover.
or maybe some other corporate move. maybe to do with Origin proposal?
we still have time for nominations to board.
maybe MIN have already nominated??
but I would think EGO would simply invite MIN onto board?
still plenty of rope to play out here.
