so diligent how do you come to this conclusion " It's a pity someone didn't 'dispose' of Carl Williams before he went to prison and committed all his atrocities and thuggery. The world would have been a better place."?

williams was 1 man..who got rid of many bad men..if he was disposed off before he committed atrocities and thuggery..would there not be 5/6 thugs similar to williams still on the streets?
