To read though a days postings on this topic has been pretty much beyond Distressing , Its horrible to read some of these " opinions " ..they really have right to be called that ..

This is certainly my last word ..and Its pretty simple in my view ..but WOW ..we sure have some nutters here ..like going and talking to the wonderful US of A gun loby at some points .

Its pretty simple ..... THERE WILL NEVER AGAIN IN AUSTRALIA BE A DEATH PENALTY SENTENCE ..( PS : even if you come from WA / qld ) ..NOT EVEN WORTHY of discussion .

Secondly , when you are sentenced and go to jail ..you are owed a duty of care , no matter if your term is 35 years or 35 minutues , the crime ..be it a parking ticket or multiple murder ..does not matter .

Carl Williams ..like anyone , was owed this , Its simple he DID NOT recieve it ..WHY was this crime committed ? Why was it allowed to be commited ?

This thread was really disturbing to read though .
