the prison guards, police etc are employed to be the good guys. at least the crooks do not pretend to be good. people were employed in a maximum security prison to ensure this kind of thing doesnt happen.

if taxpayers are paying money to employ people to be "the good guys" they should be doing their jobs properly. i suspect that didnt occur here.
