I agree with Bagman...not everyone in prison is guilty or a murderer!

I also heard a story of a young guy (18) that didn't pay his speeding fines and had no means to pay. He was sentences to 3 months prison...whilst in prison he was raped 8 times and is now mentally unstable and finding life very hard to cope with....I think that is totally unacceptable as he should have been provided a safe enviroment to do his "time"! A particular prison in WA is disgraceful and I'm sure it won't be long before a riot break out...

The above shouldn't happen and I feel sorry for Carls daughter......what a terrible start to her life! :(
