What are the crimes where society should place zero tolerance?
I'm happy to see all the underbelly type gangs just keep in fighting, and reducing their numbers, but there's a lot of crime where even the inmates won't tolderate what people have done.
We pay for the crim or deviate to have 'protection' in prison, so those crimes cost us a lot more, and are usually the worst sort of crimes....
