times have changed lately if you didn't notice...with DNA technology and other gizmos, proof of guilt is 100% accurate these days in most gruesome rapes and killings...and last time i looked USA was still biggest democracy on this planet and Number 1 ( our watch dog) AND most religious but they execute them faster then you can blink...may not be to far behind China in numbers...hanging is great - fast and cheap and now they know how to do it properly...sometimes even bullets would be to good for some of those sub-humans...
and I hope we DO NOT follow her Majesty' law system for 2 much longer - UK has 150 sharia courts registered and counting - soon they may over take whatever other law is there...
