However, how I'm looking at OAR...is it's assets!

As for the board member in question...I believe it wouldn't take much of a chat to get a board refresh. Currently, they hardly own any shares and the other SHs I've spoken to...along with my holding in the company are more than enough to make it a non-issue.

The important thing is the Geo on the ground in Nevada is very experience and has had success. OAR is risky but, at these levels and with it's potential from not 1 but, 3 interesting projects...IMO, OAR could explode to 1-2 cents in the next 1-2 years. Even, if they missed on Nevada.

The mgmt. issue could go away very fast in 1 press release.
Focus on the asset risk/reward.
