nearly all the examples that you give are countries where a previous military occupation has taken place which is now being resolved one way or another. Ethnicity is not the main problem, occupation and/or a perceived improper balance of power is. The colonial chickens are well and truly coming home to roost.
You havent mentioned new zealand and the treaty of waitangi?
