if they take picks off Eagles all clubs behind them will just move up a slot on the taxi rank I reckon.
eg Eagles had pick 3, now whoever had pick 4 would get pick 3.
I doubt they would punish the Eagles anyway, AFL has been toothless except for the time they tried to destroy Carlton.
At worst they will get a fine and have to do kiddie anti-drug PR or some shyte.
