carlton, vic 690k to1060k since 2008

amazing growth for houses...
all this during the GFC...even after they had jumped by 50% in 2007 from 500k's

no wonder the inner city crowd want to get into the action..outstanding growth for houses

but there are far more flats, than houses in Carlton
and flats available from 200k to 800k.s

I went looking for info on Carlton, after a heraldsun report today, that 'flats' had jumped 100k in the past year..or 40%, and Cheltenham spiked 19%
