Poor execution by Chris, especially as there has been no execution of any expansion... i.e a Carly expansion to Adelaide, Perth or even a fleet expansion in Brisbane/Gold Coast.

Another opportunity missed is the expansion of DMC to regional areas where car hire prices are significantly higher than their capital city counterparts... DMC would be epic in areas outside major cities as DMC would be hyper competitive against the current prices available, aka any area 200 kms out of a capital city, dyor have a look online.

To rub salt into the wound there has been zero effort by CL8 to promote DMC, no out of the box ideas... Chris reminds me of to many people that refuse to put in the work needed to achieve the required results to succeed, and yet somhow manage to convince themselves that they are doing a good job.
