Solace,now that SVW have revealed their intent,NHR is in play, with all the cash on the sidelines im surprised that other PE players,large instos or other GLOBAL hire firms have not shown interest in picking up a 46% stake in COA/NHR for a much higher amount.
I think early days yet a much higher bid is the only way this baby can get across the line.
It requires substantial shareholders 2-5 inclusive out of the top 20 to vote for it on the current bid by SVW for it to get up.
The deal hinges more on ELPH p/l voting 4 it or not.
SVW need 25% of the issued capital in NHR.
i'm not expecting much about the 2 indep reports
1 might say its worth at least $2.50 so KS doesnt have to pay about 100m to SVW, the other which will assess the value for NHR stakeholders have to wait and see just how independant they really are.
