recent acquisitions monash,sykes,tru blu(about100m)
plus NHR franking credits about 50m =$1.00 per share based on about 148.5m shares on issues

so bare minumum price would be $3.10 + $1.00= at least $4.10

NOT $3.00 ! & NOT $ 3.60 !
