    There is still every chance that the Adani project doesn't get off and running (risks discussed on this forum already)

    The amount seems to be a big discount to the potential PV. Also I did not see this sale back to Adani coming

    * Shores up their balance sheet
    * Concentration on UCG and GTL
    * Umiat
    * Arckaringa

    I believe they still hold 10% interest in AFC
