Carnegie in the USA

Carnegie recently presented on a webinar titled:
"Harnessing Ocean Power; progressing with WEC technology through Rig testing"
It was hard to find the recording, but if you go on Vimeo and search Carnegie Impact, you should find the entire recording. It focuses mainly on the mooring tensioner and provides much technical data. It is pretty dry, but I found it fascinating.
What was more of a general interest was the following slide. In particular, the bottom right point was that they had a large European utility interested in the US West Coast. If true, that is two big ticks.
