So while doing my rounds to the German butcher this morning to get some snags and bacon I had noticed that they were selling Carolina Reaper beer sticks. Being me I decided to give them a go not really knowing what I was in for. On the arrival home the first thing to do was to open that vacuumed sealed pack of four beer sticks to devour. Boy was I in for a shock. One bite and it was on. Hiccups, runny nose and watering eyes. Never again am I going to be so stupid and will now research what I am actually eating prior. I googled what a Carolina reaper was while waiting for my guts to calm down and now realise why it was so hot,hot,hot after eating one of the hottest chilli in the world.
