My suspicion now is that Carosue Dam is most likely the asset highest on the shopping list for RMS to establish a 3rd hub.
It has a large 4 mtpa plant installed and very close to Rebecca.
A sale by NST would make sense, but it certainly won’t come cheap.
Perhaps the market has had a sniff that a very large dilutive equity issue may be on the cards soon to partially fund such an acquisition.
The investment bankers and management may think it is a great idea, but I’m not so sure the existing shareholders are going to be as excited.
