$UNIS - shorts are getting shorter
$UNIS - in the last two and half months, short interest has begun a healthy retreat.  Unfortunately for shareholders that increased buying has not put any juice into the share price.  Part of that is due to the direct relationship professional shorters have with market makers.  They have been able to purchase over 2.7 million shares since May 15th.  You would have thought that kind of buying might be able to sustain an increase in price, but each run up up to 3.30 has been met with a swift downturn on low volume back to the high 2.80s.  More shorts cash out and start the process all over.  Stock price seemingly increases the last week before options expire as shorts have put in hedges that they need to take advantage of before the expiration date.  Watch for the pattern this month.
