    Spoke to company this week. IPO to be released approx 3 weeks. Suggest similair to ZNC need to have 10000 shares held for priority.
    Also get in deal approx 5 shares for every GIR in-specie.
    With 1c option from ZNC ex-25c also thrown in. So
    Any ideas why price may be falling.
