I just had a look at the MUL chart, there is MASSIVE distribution going on, this looks to me like a pump and dump of the most insidious type.
Look at money flow , DMI, MACD and compare time frames for accumulation at the sub 2 cent level and the latest feel good announcements.
This is going to burn a lot of traders that stay in for too long.
