Carpet Baggers! Be careful what you wish for.

When you have been on Boards and have worked on trying to get a major (expensive) mining project off the ground you would have an understanding of just how difficult it is and just how long it can take. My personal example is ARU, from whoa to go (maybe) has been 20 years and here you have a major project about to get up in half that time. All exotic mineral mines are difficult to progress even with offtake agreements as in general they include new processing procedures, complicated mineralogy and high up front investment. Once the the first two hurdles are satisfactorily dealt with then the real work starts. In our current age most large sources of capital require high returns, no risk and high liquidity. This is virtually impossible to achieve with a Company such as TNG. It has no trouble attracting smallish investors wanting to take a few fast bucks thru trading but "stable" long term investors are few and far between and most have no understanding of the timeframes.
It often takes years and many meetings for management to find and grow relationships as at this level business is VERY personal. Ultimately you do business with the man and not the Company. The management of TNG have done their job and developed these relationships, All shareholders should be extremely careful not to destroy the relationships this company needs to progress by removing those exact people who have developed and maintained them.
The Company is on the cusp of finalizing a decade of hard slog and along come the "Carpet Baggers". In this day and age it is a virtual inevitability. They turn up with a miraculous bag of promises and splash around loudly trying to attract the bored and disaffected shareholders to support their grab for the Company instead of putting their own hands in their pockets and buying a meaningful position and contributing at Board level.
Be very aware that what is currently proposed may well cause the demise of TNG not some sort of miraculous rebirth. If the "Carpet Baggers" are unable to show written proof whereby they have the trust and support of the top two shareholders then they are doomed to fail as well those who support them. All they can achieve is to split the major source of funding away from the management they know and trust.
As too the way this whole campaign has been orchestrated by the "Carpet Baggers" it has been well thought out and planned over a period of time. gfwil has has acted in a manner I find to be two faced and extremely dishonorable. It is more than evident he is working in partnership with one or two of the minor Top 20 shareholders to seize control of your Company for their own benefit. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR.
