Norm, thank you for your view point it is always good to get other views to balance the conversation, I note that you say "Ultimately you do business with the man and not the Company" if that is true and the man you speak of is P.B. then I fear we are lost.
You also state "instead of putting their own hands in their pockets and buying a meaningful position" when referring to the so called Carpet Baggers, I fear that it is our Board and Management that you speak of with that statement as the Carpet Baggers do have skin in the Game, yes our BOD and management do have shares that were given to them by the company and I believe that the only shares purchased through a loan arrangement which I believe still has not been repaid.
My apologies but my words fail me when trying to answer your assertion "All they can achieve is to split the major source of funding away from the management they know and trust.
