    If it were so clear cut then why have lawyers?
    Get the best one you can afford.
    Throw in some political expediency & presto, the most speculative trade around at the moment. Quite a lot to lose if/when it goes against CAZ. They'll drop like a stone back to 40c in a heartbeat.
    Be prepared to lose your shirt or go buy a bank stock.
