Carr-Boyd 2.0?
As shareholders, we deserve clarity and action. The lack of communication during what should be a critical period for planning and execution is nothing but radio silence.

We deserve updates on the following:

1. A detailed Drill Program: Where will drilling take place in April? What are the specific targets, how many holes, and what is the timeline?


2. Approvals: What is the status of mining permits and regulatory approvals? Where are the bottlenecks, and how are you addressing them?

3. Personnel and Machinery: Who have you sourced for the team? What machinery is on the ground, and what is still needed to commence drilling?

4. Funding, How is the funding being allocated? What are the plans for future financing, and when will it be needed?

The recent silence is concerning, especially when we should be hearing about mining permits, infrastructure development, and detailed drill plans during this wet season. Instead, we’re left in the dark while the focus seems to shift to non-core activities like community projects (Daws talking about building schools on X, talk about horse before cart) .

While these initiatives are commendable, they should not come at the expense of operational updates and shareholder value (horse before the cart).

The next announcement needs to be a comprehensive operational update, not another speculative discovery like a 55% rock chip sample announcement.

Daws you have clearly dropped the ball in this "quiet" period!

We need to see a clear vision and a concrete plan for unearthing what could be a massive manganese deposit.

Right now, the only reason many of us remain invested is because of AWM Holdings FZCO’s significant stake in the company. Even they are sitting on a 7% loss from their last funding round at 3c.

This is not a position any of us want to be in. Daws, it’s time to step up. Share your vision, communicate your plans, and show us that you’re capable of leading this company to success. We need sophisticated planning, transparency, and action—not silence. The clock is ticking. Let’s not see a Carr-Boyd 2.0 unfold.
