per Ozl's announcement dated 9/3/2011,Ozl's consideration for the project is US$10m deposit paid immediately with US$240m payable on transfer of the asset.

The total of these payments is US$250.
The Wall Street Article demonstrates that the Carrapateena copper project will never be economic so the purchase consideration of US$250 will have to be written off and this will be reflected in Ozl's profit and loss statement.
