    TB maintaining an equity position is one thing but I note OZ has not gone for a takeover. Can only presume he also believes overvalued and perhaps is playing a waiting game.

    As stated before I would prefer to see OZ look at bigger, long life projects and i dont put SFR in this category. This project will make good returns for a smaller player but IMO not in OZ stable.
