We are looking for an experienced product manager who has scaled B2B SaaS solutions. Our products focus on machine learning solutions that help lenders. This role is suited to someone who is technical and analytical.

Role summary

You will work in a squad of data scientists, engineers, and others to drive commercial outcomes. Your goal is to turn technical capabilities into measurable client value. You will be involved in the product lifecycle end-to-end – from client onboarding and API design to model-capability prioritisation and ongoing solution enhancements.

Responsibilities

Align engineering, data science, and sales around shared outcomes and efficient delivery cycles.Prioritise model development and platform enhancements by assessing client demand, expected lift, implementation effort, and regulatory impact.Define and maintain an external API that is straightforward for lenders to integrate with, define key metrics to assess for performance, as well as manage versions, schema changes, authentication, etc.Guide platform improvements that streamline data ingestion (open banking, bureau files, custom client feeds) and deliver timely, explainable responses.Coordinate every stage of client onboarding and implementation, shortening the time from contract to live decisioning.Lead continuous discovery – interview users, analyse usage data, and track market trends to surface unmet needs and refine product direction.Establish and track KPIs such as onboarding duration, API latency, live model performance, and client adoption.Represent product goals in all squad sessions, remove blockers promptly, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders without jargon.Support sales, engineering, and data science teams in the pre-sales process by translating client requirements into clear product solutions.

Requirements

Six or more years in product roles within data-driven or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.Practical understanding of machine-learning workflows, feature stores, and model monitoring; comfortable reading and writing basic SQL or Python when needed.Proven experience designing or governing customer-facing APIs and data pipelines.Ability to balance technical constraints with commercial objectives and regulatory considerations.Strong communication skills that build trust across engineering, science, compliance, and executive teams.Outcome-first mindset with a preference for small, validated releases over distant roadmaps.
