Now riding a Harley, I don't feel the need to speed like I used to.

Just cruise along, staying way in front of, or behind the pack of cars and their distracted drivers eating their breakfast and applying makeup etc.

You can't beat the feeling of freedom that comes with a motorcycle.

Just assume that everyone is out to kill you, and act accordingly.

MC rider as well. The way I see it is, in heavy traffic, you're always in someone's blind spot. The trick is, not so much as avoiding being in a blind spot as" knowing" you're in a blind spot and knowing that that driver is liable to change lanes at any moment, so have you're plan ready.
