In a couple of months I'll get it out of storage and start a minor restoration. It was running mechanically well before being laid up eighteen months ago, but the ignition system wasn't right so performance was a bit down. The trailing coil wasn't working properly, I think. So, replace much of the plastic interior and upholstery, thoroughly service everything apart from the block which has only done about 320,000km and a respray. Then, zoom zoom, as they say ... the Diesel Peugeots help to keep my CO2 levels down Oh, and the skinny has exploded after 30 years of non-use.

Oh, and it needs some decent tyres. Ones that will only last 10,000km or so. Even with only two thirds an ignition system it was too easy to lose the back end. I bought it off my father in law (at 81, doing the community a service, I think - seriously, he is still a good driver, but the angle of entry for him and the M-I-L was becoming rather shallow) and it had been in the family since 70,000km.
