Car yards don't have binding contracts with CRZ. They simply choose to use the site or not. Bigger players will no doubt score discounted rates. Some yards make well setup their own site. But CRZ has mkt dominance and that's hard to replicate. On the net the first movers have a crucial advantage. Not many newbies overthrow the dominant players. But can happen. e.g. Google smashed yahoo.
