    THE COURT:

NSW Supreme Court ORDERS - 17th August 2001

    1. Orders that the first respondent's notice of motion dated 3 June 2011 be dismissed.

    2. Orders that the applicant (Carson) pay the first respondent's (DMA) costs of the proceeding and the notice of motion as assessed or agreed.

    3. Notes that the applicant (Carson) is to file a notice of discontinuance within 14 days (on or before 31 August 2011).

The increase in the sp in last few days would be due to Carson's 'mates' buying up... Seriously, think about it... Why would Carson continue his writ anyway, if he thinks he will be a director of DMA again. Would be a bit silly to sue himself... Food for thought.
