    Maybe the PF sent in a submarine on a dark night and drilled for signs of gas. The drill poked into whales bum and Eureka ..there was a gas explosion! YEEEHAAAA!!! Wow..100% Hydrocabons..Time to renegotiate they thought,let's build the LNG plant and sell the gas.

    Just a consiracy theory! :0)))
